Dear Community Members,

Thank you for your patience these past few months as we have worked to complete our application for the Housing Approval Program (HAP). We hope the project submitted reflects the needs and desires expressed by the Pierpont residents at the community get-togethers and Pierpont presentation.

We are happy to present our first ever Seaward/Harbor Newsletter! In addition to our website, the newsletter will be a link between Anastasi Development Company and each of you. Our first issue explains the HAP process and additional ways the community can get involved in our project.

With all of the excitement preparing the HAP for submittal to the city, we have been unable to find the perfect name for our project. As this is a project for the residents of Pierpont we would like to open the doors for your input in the naming. Please submit all name ideas here.
